5) No Professional Advice & Fair Housing

18) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.

• Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt a good-faith resolution.

• Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.

• Venue & Small Claims: The seat of arbitration shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Miami-Dade County.

• Class Action Waiver: You and we agree to arbitrate only on an individual basis; class, collective, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

• Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

19) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Website ends immediately.

20) Changes to These Terms

21) Severability; Entire Agreement; Waiver
